It was love at first sight when Roxanne
and her hubby, Norm,
first set eyes on CSL. That was back in 1987,
it took 10 years to move down from
Portland, Oregon, and they've
never looked back.
She and Norm are a real estate 'team' with 10
years of experience

Roxanne also earned her degree in
Theatre Arts in '92 and
fortunately, has continued to perform on
stage locally, in Baja Shakespeare productions
in the spring over on the East Cape, as well as
in contemporary productions,
Luv, Steel Magnolias & Nunsense.
In 2005 she began filling in with the
News In English
and in summer of '06 took over permanent
news duties every week and in late '07
became Host for The Happy Hour.
She now wears the "hats" of Head of English
Programming and Webmaster for Los Cabos'
newest hit show,
