Armando Figaredo
He was born in Mexico City, and began his studies there.
He is actually an active producer, reporter and independent touristic, ecological and submarine documentaries that have lead him to obtain recognition awards as the First Place in the Annual state journalism contest of Baja California Sur in 2002, for his series of articles about the 029 Fishing shark regulation transmitted on Joaquin´s Lopez Dóriga program “noticiero”, in which he achieved the record in public´s phone calls for the sharks´ protection, obtaining the Senate´s suspension of this regulation which attempted against other marine species.
Besides being Televisa´s correspondent in Los Cabos since 1992, he has been producing “Noticiero Expresiones"in Los Cabos since May 2004. Since March 2007 he has also been producing for Unicable Expressions of Los Cabos in its touristic and ecologic version.
